I personally would rather have an Oni than a Tengu since we already have the ability to use Talon.

With the WiK going on, it's the best time to add in a White Mantle hero. The quest storyline could be that the hero is a traitor or sick of the ways of the White Mantle or something like that. It'll benefit from all the updates of WiK that is going right now. Afterall, we do have 2 Shining Blade heroes. It's time for a White Mantle hero.

A third Paragon? You don't have enough party support from two?

I agree (except for the Rit), but it's not necessarily using them all at once is what would interest me. It's getting these hero professions from locations other than the places we do now. Even if you are only going to use 2 Rit heroes, do you really want to have to go through the entire of NF to get one? Besides, as other people have mentioned, WiK is a good opportunity to get some new heroes in (White Mantle heroes is a bad idea though).

I wouldn't mind another mes to accomodate the fact that FC is now a valid choice for the head rune.

I can agree with fleshing out the heros, three of each would be nice (in some ways). So I will sign that.
But what we really need is a way to organize the party (P) screen's hero tab so we don't have to scroll down the list of them.

I dont think the point is to have a more useful party. The point is for more variety both in the choice of heroes for any given profession and for the choice to use three heroes of a given profession regardless of usefullness. would have fun running a team with 3 mesmer heroes in addition to myself and the mesmer henchie .

interesting idea. i wouldnt mind filling out the 4 that only have 2, if they use those 4 with possible races or characters that are storylined tied to the events leading to GW2. although i wouldnt mind a Mursaat Mesmer. the Oni is a good choice for the Assassin. the Rit, hmm so many options to choose from but how about a Gaki or Naga. as for a paragon, a margonite might be interesting. either way ill make the the 7 hero pitch again. what use is more heros unless Anet is going to finally lift the hero cap.

1. Agreed.
2. They can do other things than spirits too :P
3. See above.
4. Paragons strength in numbers only stacks.
Other then that, consistency would be nice, yes.

I don't know how anet will pull off the fillers for the four professions, and honestly I doubt they'll want to bother with them. Got to remain hopeful, though. Right?

Funny, but people always assume I /unsign everything. I have signed several things. Problem is that I am happy with the game, and see no reason to put some of the stupid suggestions through, even when they aren't 'bad'. But most ideas posted here are not worth putting in the garbage, they should have the person suggesting them go back to elementary school and learn how to learn. Look a little harder, you will find things I supported or at least was 'ok' with. It won't be much, cause as I said, most stuff posted here is utter tripe.

I don't think we need more from those professions, but as diversity is always nice (so you can have a diff build each instead of switching them on the same one)...

Oh and please, we have enough ex-mantles as heroes, put something different. I like the races proposed in the original post, although you could not get prestige armour for a djinn.
Also a fourth ele would be nice since you have four elements...

would make for consistency and would be neat to see what new heroes would come out what you would have to do to obtain them
